Criminal Handbook, GħSL

Criminal law is an unavoidable aspect of social life, developing with social norms and ideas. This handbook covers both the basic principles of criminal law, which have remained largely unchanged through the years, and the more recent legislative developments made locally of which Professor Mamo could not possibly deal, such as the reconstitution of the offence of rape, the addition of cybercrime and conspiracy as criminal offences, and the notion of corporate criminal liability. Aimed at both students and practitioners, it helps lay bare certain aspects of the criminal law of Malta.
