Lecturer: Mr Noel Scerri

As HR Director for Malta Freeport Terminals, Noel is responsible for all HR and people initiatives including those related to recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and development amongst others.

He has extensive strategic HR experience leading and managing change programmes. During his career he was also responsible for the development of business growth initiatives at Bank of Valletta (BOV) as well as Operations.

He has regularly mentored leaders and junior recruits alike during his career.

A certificate will be presented at the end of the course.
