European Parliament entrusts Kite Group

Kite Group has been entrusted by the European Parliament Office to organise a campaign and public dialogue on illegal immigration and inclusion to coincide with the visit to Malta by European MEPs.

After listening to what the European Parliament Office wanted to achieve through this campaign, Kite Group came up with a holistic proposal which reflcted its four practice areas.

In the run-up to the debate itself, Kite Group together with the European Parliament Office published a fully illustrated bilingual book on inclusion and multiculturalism in Maltese and Arabic.  In parallel, an artistic project was started with MCAST for students to express their views on immigration through art.

Kite Group then provided the logistical and organisational support to organise a public debate on the subject which focused on the human stories of various stakeholders including migrants, locality mayors, MEPs and NGOs.  The run-up to the debate was supported by a media campaign which was also coordinated by Kite Group.
